So, who am I?
I’m Christine, a UK-based live wedding painter with a background in fine art, creating bespoke paintings that capture a meaningful moment between you and your partner on your wedding day.
I studied Fine Art at university and have painted for as long as I can remember. Live wedding painting allows me to combine my love of painting with people, atmosphere and storytelling, creating artwork that feels personal, romantic and full of life.
On the day, I paint live throughout your celebration, focusing on a chosen moment between the two of you. Additional details or guests can be discussed in advance, but my priority is always capturing the connection, emotion and feeling of the moment rather than producing a ‘perfect’ painting on the day.
I love engaging with guests as the artwork comes to life. Many couples tell me that having a live painter adds something special to their day, giving guests something to watch, talk about and enjoy. My aim is to create a relaxed, welcoming presence that feels like a natural part of your celebration.
After your wedding, I carefully complete the painting in the studio, refining details while keeping the energy and softness of the live work. The result is a painterly, romantic piece of art that reflects the heart of your day and can be treasured for years to come.
I’m based in Preston, Lancashire, and am happy to travel across the UK and beyond. I take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure each couple receives a personal and considered experience.
